We are a biomarker discovery services lab for DIA-MS datasets that collaborates with both LC-MS instrument labs and biomedical research labs. Our founder and CEO, Gautam Saxena, along with several of our other high-performance computational engineers, have worked for years on trying to solve the (a) co-elution problem for DIA-MS datasets and (b) the general DIA-MS informatics performance problems — two key historical challenges in the discovery proteomics MS field. And more generally, all of our engineers have been in the discovery proteomics MS space for between ten and fifteen years. Prior to entering the discovery proteomics MS space, many of our computational engineers worked or consulted for several years as software architects at some of the largest, most sought-after Silicon Valley companies (e.g., Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Informatica etc.) — which may be one reason why we have been able to solve the typical MS informatics performance problems (even though our algorithms are inherently computationally sophisticated).
No less importantly, we try to demonstrate to our collaborators our daily principles.
